Alpha 4 released

Hello guy =D !

Here is a new version of H@ck3r++ with brand new features, here's what done :

- Entierly re-writed the game from scratch

- Better settings (no need to restart to apply settings)

- Corrected a LOT of bugs

- Added a bunch of languages

- Added music for C# languages (musics by Hydrogene)

- The language selector is now way better and beautifuller than simple button

- Syntax coloration instead of green only text

- Can change the difficulty at any moments !

- Since it's re-writed, the game is more easy to update now, so there should be less time between each release

- Began working on a story mode...
